Holiday Inn And Suites Charleston West, An Ihg Hotel, Charleston

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quiet even though the hotel was fully booked, and the location was incredibly convenient with easy access to amenities near the elevator. However, my stay was disrupted by some unfortunate incidents related to other guests not following rules. If you're planning to sleep in, think twice.

The hotel has some nice rooms, but unfortunately, one of the indoor pool areas got shut down due to an incident. The service is exceptional, making the stay enjoyable. The location, while tricky to navigate in rush hour, offers a fun kids area. The dining options are worth the extra cost, yet the quality may not match the hotel standards.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms could use a little updating, especially in terms of lighting and furnishings, but they were nice, clean, and pretty. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, although pets do incur extra charges. The location was great, with awesome amenities like a shallow kids area, though the proximity to a noisy train was a downside. The dining experience was particularly good with delicious dishes and immaculate rooms. Facilities were convenient, and the price was worth the value.
